How It Works:
Strap on the multi-purpose belt, clip on your resistance bands and velcro your cuffs around your wrists. In just seconds, you are ready to do any number of upper body and core exercises to boost yourself to a higher fitness level. This is the perfect way to tone up and get more out of your pushups, dips, and more. You can also cuff your ankles, and work your inner and outer thighs, hamstrings and quads during the entire workout. Try lunging with your ankles cuffed, and really see the results!
